Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team on-site at our Kota office. In this role, you will lead high-volume and specialized recruitment efforts—primarily sourcing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), academic reviewers, and educators across diverse domains. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Bulk & Niche Sourcing: Source candidates efficiently through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, and local network databases.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with academic and operational requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent requirements and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Database & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date candidate trackers, recruitment metrics, and talent pipelines to report progress regularly.
- On-Site Engagement: Facilitate seamless walk-in interviews, face-to-face candidate interactions, and initial onboarding activities at the Kota center.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (agency or corporate background preferred).
- High-Volume Hiring: Proven track record in bulk hiring, rapid turnarounds, or ed-tech/academic hiring.
- Sourcing Mastery: Strong expertise in advanced search techniques (Boolean operators, social recruiting, and job portals).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential hires effectively.
- Organizational Ability: Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight delivery timelines.
