We are looking for a skilled and experienced Revit MEP Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in creating and managing 3D MEP (Mechanical like HVAC Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Revit software. He/ She should have experience on preparing sheets. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to develop detailed and accurate models for construction projects, ensuring efficient coordination of MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and maintain MEP models using Revit MEP software to support project needs.
- Create detailed drawings and shop drawings from the Revit model, including plans, sections, and details for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Coordinate clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other disciplines using Revit tools such as Navisworks.
- Ensure all models are compliant with project standards, codes, and BIM execution plans.
- Support the development of BIM models from conceptual design through to detailed construction documentation.
- Work with the design team to integrate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
