Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements
- Lead design execution on assigned projects — from concept and wireframes to polished, pixel-perfect, production-ready UI across web and mobile.
- Apply strong UX thinking: user flows, journey maps, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and usability validation.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers, reviewing their work and giving clear, constructive feedback.
- Act as a key design point of contact for clients on your projects presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and managing revisions professionally.
- Translate briefs and requirements into clear creative direction and well-structured design solutions.
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable templates to keep work consistent and scalable.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clean handoff, feasible designs, and accurate implementation.
- Support intake and estimation of incoming creative requests, helping plan and prioritise design tasks.
- Maintain Evince brand consistency and quality standards across all deliverables.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas into projects and pitches.
- Contribute creative concepts and assets to proposals and pre-sales work when needed.
- 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience with a strong, varied portfolio.
- Expert command of UI design across web and mobile, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Solid UX foundation — research, flows, IA, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Mastery of Figma (and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite) for design and prototyping.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers and reviewing their work.
- Good client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and design-to-dev handoff.
- Design & Prototyping: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
- Collaboration & Handoff: Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, version control of design files.
- Project & Workflow: Jira, Asana, or similar; structured review and approval workflows.
- Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, and prototyping animations.
- Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS) to inform feasible designs.
- Experience with brand identity, marketing creative, and print collateral.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging design technologies.
