Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth & Business Development Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and transaction growth for the EG Payment platform.
This is a B2C-focused role, ideal for candidates with experience in fintech or app-based businesses who understand consumer behaviour, digital growth strategies, and payments ecosystems.
This role offers high ownership and the opportunity to directly impact user growth and scale a fast-growing digital payments product.
Key Responsibilities
User Growth & Acquisition
- Drive user acquisition through campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives
- Plan and execute offers, cashback programs, and promotional strategies
- Increase app installs, user activation, and overall transaction volume
User Engagement & Retention
- Improve user engagement, retention, and repeat transaction behaviour
- Analyse user funnels, drop-offs, and engagement metrics
- Execute lifecycle campaigns (notifications, offers, reactivation strategies)
Partnerships & Growth Initiatives
- Identify and execute partnerships (brands, platforms, aggregators) to drive user growth
- Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns and promotional tie-ups
- Support initiatives to increase both the user base and transaction frequency
Data & Performance Tracking
- Track key metrics: user acquisition, CAC, retention, and transaction growth
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise ROI
- Share insights and performance reports with leadership
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–9 years of experience in fintech, digital platforms, or app-based businesses
- Experience in user growth, digital marketing, partnerships, or category management
- Exposure to digital payments, UPI, wallets, or consumer apps is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
