JOB DESCRIPTION – ARCHITECT
Arkay Developers currently executing the construction of a 50,000 sq.ft. Corporate Office at Bengaluru and is looking for a dynamic and experienced Architect responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all architectural a aspects of the company’s construction projects. Incumbent must possess a bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.) having an with experience of 5years in architectural design, supervision, of commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, or mixed-use construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Develop architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
- Review and revise drawings as required during project execution.
- Coordinate with Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, Landscape Consultants.
- Integrate architectural requirements with structural and MEP services.
- Conduct meetings with architect consultants and contractors.
- Prepare drawings and documents required for statutory approvals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Building Byelaws, NBC, Development Control Regulations, Fire Safety Regulations, Environmental Norms, and other statutory requirements.

- Recommend cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
- Prepare architectural specifications.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, correspondence, site instructions, and project documentation.
