Key Responsibilities
- Generate enquiries through walk-ins, referrals, field activities, digital leads, and corporate sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Toyota vehicles and accessories.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, finance options, and benefits.
- Convert enquiries into successful vehicle sales by providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration teams to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
- Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM/DMS.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
- Participate in showroom events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with dealership processes and Toyota sales standards.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
