Job Summary
Skin Heal Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Customer Relationship Executive to join our clinic team in Dadar, Mumbai. As the first point of contact, you will deliver a welcoming experience for clients, manage front office operations, and assist in building strong patient/customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
- Greet visitors, clients, and patients in a warm, polite, and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate details about clinic treatments and services.
- Schedule appointments, maintain visitor logs, and keep the reception area clean and organized.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with clients and manage incoming feedback or inquiries.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers via phone or WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal staff to resolve patient queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update clinic databases.
Administrative Support
- Handle basic administrative tasks, filing, and record-keeping.
- Prepare basic daily reports and handle office correspondence.
- Coordinate courier services and assist management with operational tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in Reception, Front Office, or Customer Service (Freshers are welcome to apply; clinical/healthcare experience is a plus).
- Languages: Good verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and WhatsApp usage.
- Personal Traits: Pleasant personality, well-groomed, punctual, and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
