Human Resources Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities such as job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave details.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
- Maintain records of office assets, AMC contracts, and utility bills.
- Arrange meetings, travel bookings, accommodation, and courier services when required.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
- Monitor office discipline, cleanliness, and smooth operational workflow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
