Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (enterprise, mid-market, or SMBs).
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads).
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT consulting solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Identify and establish partnerships with technology vendors and industry stakeholders.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities and industry trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage the company’s website and ensure it reflects the latest service offerings and case studies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or tech services industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical capabilities.
Relocation:
Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
