An Interior Site Coordinator bridges the gap between the design team, factory production, and on-site execution. They manage day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drawing Translation: Interpreting blueprints, CAD layouts, and 3D renders into actionable on-site execution.
- Vendor & Material Management: Coordinating with factories, suppliers, and contractors to ensure raw materials and fixtures are delivered on time.
- Quality & Progress Tracking: Conducting regular site visits to monitor fit-out quality and troubleshoot issues on the spot.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, and construction workers.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting tools.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, modular furniture, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) layouts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and on-site problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
