We are now looking for a D2C Growth & Business Head to lead our premium early-learning and children’s publishing imprint and drive the next phase of growth.
This is a full P&L ownership role, responsible for:

across D2C, marketplaces, offline retail, exports, and strategic partnerships.
The role demands a builder’s mindset—someone who can scale a business, not just manage operations.

Own end-to-end P&L for Lil Legends, including:

Revenue targets

Gross margins
-
Marketing spends (ROAS / ACOS discipline)

Inventory planning & working capital
-
Build annual and quarterly business plans with clear growth levers
-
Drive profitability through pricing, cost optimization, product mix, and channel strategy
-
Present performance reviews and strategic plans to senior leadership

Own the D2C business end-to-end
-
Scale new user acquisition via:

Meta, Google, and influencer-led performance campaigns
-
Improve:

Conversion Rate (CRO)
-
Average Order Value (AOV)
-
Repeat purchase rate

Drive retention through:

Email, WhatsApp, loyalty programs, referrals, bundles, and subscriptions

Own:

Website UX/UI roadmap

Own Amazon P&L and growth strategy

Listing excellence (IDQ, A+, videos, storefronts)

Work closely with:
