Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate B.Sc Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors during consultations and procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and nursing support.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Assist doctors during consultations and treatments.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.
- Educate patients regarding treatment and follow-up care.
Requirements
- B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration. ( Kerala)
- Strong communication and patient management skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
