Job Summary
Getin Technologies, a division of Getintech Education Private Limited, is looking for a passionate and experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training programs to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, security tools, and best practices, with the ability to conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions that prepare learners for real-world cybersecurity careers.
Technical Skills
Candidates should have hands-on experience in most of the following areas:
- Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching)
- Windows & Linux Administration
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals
- Information Security Concepts
- Network Security
- Web Application Security
- Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
- Ethical Hacking Fundamentals
- Security Operations Center (SOC) Concepts
- Incident Detection & Response
- SIEM Tools (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar or similar)
- Security Monitoring & Log Analysis
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Firewall & Endpoint Security
- Risk Assessment & Security Best Practices
- Cloud Security Fundamentals (AWS/Azure)
- Basic Digital Forensics (Preferred)
- Security Compliance & Governance (Preferred)
Our Requirements
- 1–3 years of industry experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security.
- Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity tools, technologies, and security best practices.
- Ability to deliver engaging online and offline training sessions with practical demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to mentor students, conduct hands-on lab sessions, and guide them on real-world cybersecurity scenarios.
- Good communication skills in English and the local/native language.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day
Part-Time
Suitable for working professionals who are passionate about teaching.
- Weekdays: 1 hour per day
- Weekends: 2 hours per day

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related discipline.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, Cisco CCNA/CCNP Security, Microsoft Security, ISC² CC, CISSP (or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
