- Support: Assist with first-line helpdesk requests and resolve basic hardware or software issues.
- Monitoring: Track network health, performance metrics, and bandwidth usage using diagnostic tools.
- Maintenance: Install, configure, and patch routers, switches, printers, and user workstations.
- Documentation: Update network diagrams, asset inventories, and IT support logs.
