Job Description – Maintenance Technician (Electrician & Plumbing)
Position: Maintenance Technician (Electrician & Plumbing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine electrical and plumbing maintenance across the restaurant.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, lighting, switches, sockets, pumps, and plumbing issues.
- Maintain water supply, drainage, washrooms, kitchen plumbing, and sanitary fittings.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of restaurant equipment and utilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
- Follow all safety standards and electrical regulations.
- Maintain maintenance logs and report major repair requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when required.
- Support general facility upkeep as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Plumbing, or a related trade.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,916.78 per month
