About the Role
RichestSoft is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sr. BDE / BDM to join our growing Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in direct sales, client acquisition, lead conversion, and end-to-end sales for Digital Marketing services in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable Digital Marketing solutions.
- Sell Digital Marketing services including:
- SEO
- PPC
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Content Marketing
- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Direct Sales.
- Hands-on experience selling Digital Marketing services.
- Strong knowledge of End-to-End Sales.
- Excellent lead conversion and deal-closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.) is preferred
Pay: ₹34,401.01 - ₹98,632.16 per month
