Prime Capitals Nidhi Limited is looking for experienced and target-oriented Business Development Managers to expand our deposit business and customer network.
Responsibilities
- Generate Fixed Deposit (FD), Recurring Deposit (RD), and Membership business.
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Lead and support field sales and collection teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Conduct marketing and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
- Submit daily and monthly business reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, Nidhi, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
