Job Description: BD Sales Manager – PAN India (EV Charging Infrastructure Domain)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our EV charging Infra business across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the electric vehicle ecosystem. This role requires the ability to strategize, execute, and achieve sales targets in a fast-evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the EV charging domain.
- Drive sales of EV charging infrastructure, services, and related solutions to B2B, B2C, and government clients.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and build partnerships with stakeholders, including OEMs, fleet operators, real estate developers, utilities, and government bodies.
- Explore new opportunities in emerging markets and geographies for EV charging infrastructure.
3. Customer Relationship Management
4. Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the EV charging space.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance and market updates.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in EV charging, renewable energy, or related domains.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the EV ecosystem, charging technologies, and regulatory landscape in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

50k to 70k under

Timing:- 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
