Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable individual to oversee the day-to-day execution of the business. This role will work closely with the founders to ensure that sales, marketing, operations, exhibitor management, and internal projects are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating people, following up relentlessly, and ensuring that tasks get completed on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Team Coordination
- Track and oversee ongoing tasks across sales, marketing, operations, and administration
- Ensure team members are meeting deadlines and responsibilities
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accountability across departments
Founder Support & Execution
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Assist with daily business priorities and special projects
- Ensure important tasks and commitments are executed on time
- Act as a bridge between founders and team members
Sales & Exhibitor Support
- Monitor sales pipelines and follow-up processes
- Coordinate with exhibitors, vendors, and partners
- Support lead management and client communication when required
Marketing & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, printers, venues, and vendors
- Track marketing campaigns and execution timelines
- Support planning and execution of exhibitions
Event Management
- Assist in planning and executing exhibitions
- Manage staff, vendors, and exhibitor coordination during events
- Ensure smooth on-ground operations
Ideal Candidate
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High ownership and accountability
- Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working directly with founders
- Prior experience in events, operations, project management, hospitality, or business administration is preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
