Job Summary
Baseline is looking for a Project Planning Engineer – Civil for a site-based industrial project in Ethiopia. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and monitoring civil works to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules, bar charts, and work programs for civil works.
- Plan and monitor RCC, structural, and finishing activities.
- Track site progress and update schedules as per actual execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Prepare progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Identify delays and implement corrective planning strategies.
- Assist in resource planning, material tracking, and billing coordination.
- Support project timelines and ensure milestone achievement.
Qualification & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in civil project planning.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction sequences and site execution.
- Experience in industrial/commercial projects preferred.
- Good analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
