Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on various digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, hands-on experience with real-world campaigns, and the ability to effectively transfer skills to learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions (online/offline) on Digital Marketing modules such as:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Affiliate Marketing
- E-commerce & Marketing Automation Tools
- Design and update course content, training material, assignments, and case studies based on the latest industry trends.
- Provide hands-on practical training using real-time projects, campaigns, and tools.
- Guide learners in completing live projects, certifications, and career development.
- Evaluate learner performance through assessments, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the training curriculum.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in Digital Marketing (3–5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, Google Ads, Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Prior experience as a trainer/mentor is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.
- Relevant certifications (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are highly desirable.
