Sr.Finance Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Executive to manage financial operations, reporting, taxation compliance, banking activities, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong finance knowledge, hands-on experience in financial operations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations
- Record and monitor daily financial transactions
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle payable and receivable processes
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, vendor, and inter-company transactions
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records
Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Support preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget) and explain deviations
- Generate MIS reports for management review
Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax calculations and filings
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors for smooth year-end audits
- Maintain records for audits and tax assessments
Bank Handling
- Manage bank reconciliations and daily banking activities
- Coordinate with banks for routine transactions and documentation
Data Management & Recovery
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Follow up and support debt recovery activities
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of finance principles and operations
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
- 1–4 years of experience in finance operations
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
