Job Summary
The Aaminia Group is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed Waiters/Stewards to provide excellent dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, possess strong communication skills, and ensure prompt and professional service.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Food & Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure proper table setup before service.
- Monitor guest requirements during their dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Customer Satisfaction
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
- Follow personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Teamwork
- Work closely with captains, supervisors, and kitchen staff.
- Assist colleagues during busy service periods.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Hospitality training or diploma will be an advantage.
Experience Required
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality establishments preferred.

Salary
₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month
