loutechs is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain Cloutechs' IT products and services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Plus two or degree
- 0–1 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
