Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS
- Coordinate with production and internal teams for timely delivery
- Handle negotiations and finalize contracts
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 6–7 years in Sales & Marketing (Manufacturing/Automobile preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle clients and close deals
