Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain finance products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM or tracking system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Knowledge in marketing, preferably in the finance sector.
- Computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred.
