Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and payroll support, employee documentation, office administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth functioning of office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct reference and background verification.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Facilitate employee induction and joining formalities.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee databases and HRMS.
- Issue employment-related letters (confirmation, experience, relieving, etc.).
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll inputs and share with the accounts/payroll team.
- Maintain leave and holiday records.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Assist in grievance handling and employee relations.
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records related to employees.
- Support audits and compliance documentation.
Administration ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, and facility management.
- Ensure office assets are properly maintained.
Vendor & Facility Management
- Coordinate with vendors for office services.
- Manage AMC contracts and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and billing.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts and licenses.
Travel & Accommodation
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate guest visits and meeting arrangements.
Asset Management
- Maintain records of company assets and equipment.
- Coordinate issuance and return of company assets.
- Conduct periodic asset verification.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office records and correspondence.
- Coordinate courier and dispatch activities.
- Support management with administrative requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Engineering, or Project-Based Organizations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
