Job Description: Sr. Quality EngineerSrujan Solutions, innovative tools and accessories provider for the Swiss CNC Turning/Turn-Mill / VMC / HMC etc ie machine tool industry is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and driven Quality Engineer.
Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
· On daily basis check the inhouse manufactured part on machines like VMC, Turn Mill , Grinding etc
· Daily basis check all parts for sending outside or receipt from out side for operations like machining , H/T , blackening , Plating etc.
· Check & confirm the BOM material
· Support production team for setting of special gauges like bore gauge , bevel protector etc.
· Support production team members for part set up confirmation
· Root cause analysis of internal as well as external customer complaints
· Check the product assembly as per defined by the product designer
· Check & confirm all OK parts are available for assembly shop as per BOM.
· Propose the deviations if found during checking of parts as per drawing in consultation with QA head
· Checking of RM receipt for hardness , specifications etc
· Ensure all manufactured part ( in house & out sourced ) should be aesthetically , visually & burr free are OK
· When ever needed, raise the ECN for changes needed in part drawing based on practical experience on shop floor
· Active participation in Product kick off meetings as well as daily / monthly manufacturing meetings.
Job Requirements
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum of 3years of experience for BE & 5 years’ experience for Diploma
· Hands on Experience with tool room type set up or Product manufacturing set up for part inspection & assembly inspection is preferred
· Working experience with manufacturing processes
· Hands on experience with 7 QC tools
· Hands on experience of handling QA equipment like Micro meter , Vernier calliper , digital height gauge, Bore gauges , CMM , Hardness testing etc
· Strong communication skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
