Golden Mile Enterprises Inc. is hiring an experienced Updates Coordinator – Team Lead to manage shipment tracking, real-time updates, and logistics coordination. Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Updates, Track & Trace, or Logistics Operations
- Experience providing real-time shipment updates
- Hands-on knowledge of Samsara, PCS, MacroPoint, Motive, or similar tracking platforms
- Strong communication skills with drivers, carriers, brokers, and customers
- Ability to manage multiple loads and maintain accurate tracking records
- Good working knowledge of Excel, email communication, and logistics portals
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate shipment updates to customers and internal teams
- Track shipments and follow up with drivers/carriers for location and ETA
- Update TMS/tracking systems and maintain accurate load records
- Escalate delays, exceptions, and service issues promptly
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Track & Trace teams for smooth operations
- Ensure all customer updates meet quality and service standards
- Lead, support, and guide the Updates team to achieve operational excellence
