Job Summary:
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily supermarket operations, ensuring smooth store functioning, excellent customer service, and effective team coordination. The role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and guide store staff, including scheduling and task allocation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer queries/issues
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and reduce shrinkage
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Track sales performance and support achieving store targets
- Coordinate with suppliers and backend teams for stock and operations
