Position Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Change Management professional to support the strategy, planning and execution of transformations within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.
Working within the Shared Service Centre in India, this role provides critical coordination and PMO support for Global TPRM tool implementations focusing on execution and workstream coordination. The successful candidate will act as a key facilitator between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring project workstreams remain on track.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Change Management & Testing Coordination: Support the seamless integration of new technologies by coordinating the Change Management lifecycle. This includes organizing and tracking User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Sanity Testing for TPRM tool releases.
- PMO Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and update essential project artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and status dashboards. Prepare functional documents like user guides and other training material. Assist in preparing progress reports for management committees.
- Project Coordination & Lifecycle Support: Assist Senior Project Managers in driving the project lifecycle for functional and technical initiatives.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for coordination between Business, IT and Operations. Assist in gathering business requirements and helping translate them into actionable technical specifications.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Reporting Support: Assist in synthesizing project data into clear, concise presentations and reports for Global Governance forums.
- Operational Support (BAU): Provide administrative and operational support for the Business-As-Usual (BAU) management of TPRM systems to ensure service continuity.

Specific Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Approximately 5–7 years of experience in financial sector or Big 4.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification is a plus.
- MBA is preferred.
