The ideal candidate should possess 15–20 years of relevant experience and have strong expertise in leading technology functions across the organization. The candidate should be well-versed in:
- Overall IT infrastructure and technology management
- Mobile and web application development
- Software architecture and product development
- IT security, cloud infrastructure, and networking
- ERP, CRM, and enterprise software implementation
- Digital transformation and technology strategy
- Managing and leading technical teams
- Vendor management and technology partnerships
The CTO will be responsible for driving the company's technology vision, ensuring seamless execution of all IT initiatives, and supporting the development of scalable digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
