Job Role:
As a Relationship Manager, you will interact with customers, understand their financial requirements, maintain relationships, and coordinate appointments with financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer financial needs and interests
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain records
- Coordinate appointments and customer schedules
- Maintain customer database and CRM updates
- Provide excellent customer experience and support
Requirements:
- Any Graduate can apply
- Good communication skills in English & Kannada
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Basic computer knowledge required
