About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch planning, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing warehouse operations while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Plan and monitor inward and outward logistics activities.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
Maintain warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement, production, transport, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, and dispatch timelines.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory safety regulations.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:-
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
Certification in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Experience:-
5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Experience in Logistics, Manufacturing sectors preferred.
