Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into qualified business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable growth marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the leadership team for client presentations.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing and client servicing teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and closure of opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified meetings, conversions, and revenue contribution.
- Stay updated on market trends and identify new business opportunities across industries.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Tele Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong phone etiquette, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in cold calling, lead generation, and nurturing prospects.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or advertising services is an added advantage.
- Experience working with CRM tools and Google Workspace/MS Office is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in Real Estate, B2C sales, or other high-volume consultative sales environments will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
