Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent performance.
- Guide team members in customer handling, sales negotiations, and product presentations.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer experience.
- Train and develop team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
