- Manage end-to-end post-production activities for video and media projects.
- Coordinate with editors, graphic designers, VFX artists, sound engineers, and creative teams.
- Plan project timelines, schedules, and delivery deadlines.
- Ensure smooth workflow between production and post-production departments.
- Review edits, color correction, sound design, subtitles, and final outputs.
- Maintain quality standards and brand consistency across all content.
- Handle client feedback and implement required revisions.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
- Manage data storage, backups, and media asset organization.
- Ensure final content is delivered in required formats for digital, social media platforms.
- Supervise rendering, exporting, and final publishing processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external studios when required.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and company policies
