Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient departmental coordination, revenue growth, and adherence to hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Relations
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance
- Lead, train, and supervise department heads and operational teams
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Develop and implement operational SOPs and service standards
- Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management

Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
- 8–15 years of experience in hotel/resort operations
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in resorts, luxury hotels, villas, boutique properties, or hospitality groups
- Strong exposure to Front Office, Reservations, OTA management, F&B operations, and guest services
- Knowledge of PMS systems such as IDS, Opera, or similar software
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
