Job Summary
We are looking for a well-organized, and customer-focused fresher to join our Wealth Management Department as a Wealth Management Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound client interactions, supporting operational activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth client experience for premium customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from premium clients professionally and confidently
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups
- Support daily operational activities of the Wealth Management Division
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements, documentation, and process completion
- Maintain and update client records, reports, and operational data accurately
- Assist senior management in client coordination and administrative support activities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communication, and follow-up activities
- Support documentation, onboarding, and backend coordination processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling client information
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply
- Bachelor’s Degree in B.Com / BBA or related field
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)
- Presentable, professional, and willing to learn
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
