Quality Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assure the quality of the product delivered.
- Incoming and Outgoing inspection of parts – Visual and Parameters.

Sample preparation for metallography evaluation

Ensure process are inline with standards (QMS,EMS,Internal operation standards).

Inprocess inspection of the parts.

Oversee failures and involve in implementation of preventive actions & corrective actions for internal and external complaints.

Blocking & release of non conforming equipments and parts.

Follow applicable QMS requirements
- Calibration and inspection of testing equipments.
- Preventive Maintenance of instruments

Liaison with external agencies for calibration & service

Communicate plant manager in case of machine troubles/errors.

Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements.

Involve, suggest and implement HSE ,5S, OOE.

Working for continous improvement & excellence in performance of function.

Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process and quality system.
Required education, experience, knowledge
- Diploma in engineering.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical/service industry.

Knowledge of Thermal Spray coating technology recommended
- Customer oriented approach.

Open and positive mindset
-
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications and basic computers.

Able to operate ERP system
