Job Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and onboarding of employees.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
* Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Required Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
