Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and QA teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather and document business and functional requirements.
· Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
· Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA teams.
· Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
· Support Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
· Create process flows, workflows, and functional specifications.
· Assist in UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
· Maintain project and requirement documentation.
Required Skills
· 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
· Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and documentation tools.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and SDLC.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Relevant BA or Agile certifications are a plus.
· Experience in the Real Estate domain is preferred.
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
