The Graduate Engineer Trainee (Civil) will undergo structured training in civil engineering, construction management, project execution, quality control, and site supervision. The trainee will assist the project team in planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of civil works while gaining practical exposure to construction projects.
Planning & Coordination
- Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.
- Track project milestones and report progress to senior engineers.
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams for project execution.
- Participate in project review meetings and site coordination meetings.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and project documentation.
- Assist in preparation of work schedules, quantity estimates, and BOQs.
- Support preparation of technical reports and project status updates.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of project drawings and documents.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
