JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Backend Executive – Domestic Marketing & Logistics

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Backend Executive – Domestic Marketing & Logistics to support domestic marketing operations, logistics coordination, dispatch activities, and vendor follow-ups in an EPC manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for backend coordination between marketing, production, dispatch, transporters, and vendors to ensure smooth business operations.

Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with domestic customers regarding inquiries, orders, and dispatch schedules
- Prepare quotations, order records, MIS reports, and sales coordination documents
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely material clearance and delivery
- Track and record production clearance and dispatch activities on a daily basis
- Manage logistics coordination with transporters and ensure timely vehicle placement
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely return of vehicles after delivery
- Track delivery status and maintain dispatch documentation
- Coordinate and follow up for return of empty drums from vendors/customers
- Maintain proper records of empty drum dispatches and returns
- Ensure timely reconciliation of empty drums and logistics data
- Coordinate with accounts, stores, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
- Handle backend communication with vendors, transporters, and customers
- Support management with reports related to dispatch, logistics, and marketing activities
Qualification: Graduate / MBA Marketing Preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing, EPC, logistics, or industrial backend operations preferred
- Knowledge of transport coordination and dispatch documentation
- Ability to work under deadlines and operational pressure
Key Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and backend operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to maintain records and MIS reports accurately
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of manufacturing/EPC operations preferred
Salary:
CTC : 20K to 25K
As per industry standards / Negotiable
Company Working Hours: 10 AM to 6.30 PM
