Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidder Intern to generate business opportunities through online platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in bidding, client communication, proposal writing, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Truelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Identify new business opportunities and submit high-quality proposals.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, project estimations, and customized proposals.
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and creative teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ months of experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, truelancer, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, and Graphic Design.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
