Breadbuttr Designs is a boutique creative agency working at the intersection of Branding, Design, Content, Campaigns, Packaging, UI/UX and AI.
We work with brands across F&B, Bakeries, Restaurants, Jewellery, FMCG, Hospitality, Wellness, Education and more. The work is varied, fast-paced and rarely fits into one neat little box.
The Role
We’re looking for a Freshers and Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design, understands visual communication and can take a brief from idea to execution.
Your work could range from designing a social media post one day to working on a packaging system, brand identity or campaign the next.
You will work closely with our senior designer and creative team, while getting hands-on exposure to a wide variety of brands and design challenges.

What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator
- Good working knowledge of Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into strong visual communication
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- A portfolio that demonstrates actual design thinking, not just software skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in packaging design
- Understanding of brand identity systems
- Experience working with consumer/F&B brands
- Knowledge of Photoshop and other Adobe tools
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a bonus

Probation: 2 months
Following probation, the role will be converted to full-time based on performance.
Work Details
Location: Karve Nagar, Pune
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from office
Joining: Immediate
