We are hiring 4 Sales Executives (Freshers):
- 2 – Bio Digester Division (Samudra Planet)
- 2 – Boats & Marine Products Division
2. Objective of the Role
To generate leads, build customer relationships, and convert enquiries into orders, supporting Samudra’s growth target of 40% annually while expanding into new markets.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Common Responsibilities (All 4 recruits)
- Lead generation through:
- Field visits
- Online research
- Institutional outreach
- Customer engagement:
- First-level presentations
- Requirement understanding
- CRM management:
- Maintain lead tracker (daily updates)
- Follow-up discipline
- Proposal coordination with:
- Naval architects / technical team
- Management
- Market intelligence:
- Competitor tracking
- Pricing insights
- Weekly reporting to CEO / Sales Head
B. Bio Digester Sales Executives (2 Nos)
Target Customers:
- Government departments (Panchayats, Municipalities)
- Defence / Railways / Institutions
- Resorts, hospitals, apartments
Specific Responsibilities:
- Awareness creation (product education is key)
- Conduct demo presentations
- Coordinate site visits & feasibility
- Work on tenders & government proposals
- Build dealer / contractor network
C. Boat & Marine Sales Executives (2 Nos)
Target Customers:
- Tourism operators (houseboats, resorts)
- Government & marine departments
- Export clients (through leads)
- Water sports operators
Specific Responsibilities:
- Promote Samudra’s 55+ product range
- Assist in preparing quotations with technical inputs
- Client visits to yards / sites
- Support exhibitions & demos
- Follow up on large ticket deals (high value sales cycle)

- Good communication (English + Malayalam)

- Fixed salary (entry level)
