Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Industry: Digital Marketing Agency
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
* Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches with prospective clients.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
* Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
* Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
* Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Skills:
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
* Lead generation and client acquisition experience.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* Incentive based
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing services sales (preferred).
