Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the testing process. By implementing quality processes and methodologies, you will drive improvements across the application lifecycle, ensuring that testing is thorough and effective. Your role will also include defining key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, focusing on test execution and defect resolution to achieve optimal outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management. - Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. - Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. - Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive improvements. - Familiarity with defect tracking and resolution processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
