Job Description:
Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the automotive garage equipment industry.

Identify key market segments, customer segments, and geographic areas for sales expansion and penetration.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.

Set sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the sales team, monitoring performance metrics and providing support to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Customer Relationship Management:
